if anything, God
If anything, God
And if anything God, I wish for an exhilarating life.
A life that is filled with wonder and heartfelt joy
With people who see the silver lining in all
Who are not afraid to dream big
But rather afraid to dream little
If I can ask for anything, I wish for this:
For sunlight to sip through every cell of my body,
for the moon to give me comfort at night.
To move easily through the seasons,
to know when to rest and when to bloom.
I wish for, the world to wake up.
I wish for a cup of tea each and every morning.
I wish to meet as many people as I can.
And to love as many as possible.
I wish for, art spilling from my hands.
I wish for all of humanity to stop suffering.
I wish to sing a thousand songs
And to dance to all of them
I wish to rest underneath the Mediterranean sun.
To eat fresh peaches and holy grapes
I wish for friends that feel like family.
and for family that feel like friends.
I wish for borderless countries.
I wish for every single one of us to be loved and to love.
I wish everyone a full cup.
I wish for good books, good conversations, and unexpected encounters.
I wish to wake up next to the love of my life every single morning.

I wish for growth,
for walking on my bare feet on the grass
and to swim naked in a lake by the mountains.
I wish to feel safe.
I wish to not know
but feel the meaning behind life.
I wish for my feet to be rooted in the earth,
And heaven reflected in my thoughts
I wish to say my name with pride
Yet carry it with humbleness
Because I know
I am only one, among many other stories
I wish for fresh linen sheets and fresh fruit on the table.
For grand gestures that need little words
to say “I love you” to my man each night.
I wish for good wine, and fine dining.
loud laughs and long, long nights
and finally,
I wish for a life, not seeking the sun,
But becoming it.
