Tom has a rich background in Ballet and danced himself for more than a decade. Now he is the floor manager of Opera Ballet Flanders, which means that he is in contact with all the dancers, choreographers, and other people who work at Opera Ballet Flanders. Dedicating his life to dance and Ballet, he has seen the scene change over the years.
